Call to Worship

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.
You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power.
For you created all things, and by your will they were created.
And worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and
might and honor and glory and blessing!
Now to him who sits upon the Throne
and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and might for ever and ever!
Amen.

Know Him, Love Him, Share Him

Know Him...

Encouragement from John and Brenda. Thought for your journey:

God has a place in his church where your specialties
can shine and you can make a difference.

Love Him...

What’s Your Shape

Whenever God gives us an assignment, he always equips us with what we need to accomplish it. This custom combination of capabilities is called your SHAPE:

  • S piritual Gifts
  • H eart: What do you love to do?
    What are you passionate about?
  • A bilities:The natural talents you were born with.
What are you good at doing?
  • P ersonality: Are you an extrovert or introvert?
Do you love routine or variety?
  • E xperience:
    Family Experience
    Educational Experience
    Vocational Experience
    Spiritual Experience
    Ministry Experience
    Painful Experience

You are the only person on earth who can use your abilities. No one else can play your role, because they don’t have the unique shape that God has given you.

Share Him...
One of the things Glynn mentioned when he was in was how much support and encouragement they get from the cards they receive.  If you have an extra moment this week why not mail the Durham’s a little pick me up.  You might give them the strength they need for the step their on.
